Kristoph has worked in various medical affairs roles in the pharmaceutical industry, often connecting directly with patients and caregivers to improve the patient experience. He has led initiatives across a diverse range of therapeutic areas to implement policy and technical enhancements for patient support programs. In connecting with patients and caregivers throughout his career, he has learned to appreciate the importance of translating the patient experience into meaningful insights.

 

His current priorities include patient monitoring and leveraging patient-reported outcomes to increase the granularity of data collected to build improved and personalized care for each patient. He is currently completing his Master’s in Epidemiology through the University of London (UK). Kristoph is currently an Evidence Generation Lead focused in breast oncology and digital health solutions for Hoffmann-La Roche.
