Experienced leader in Life Sciences with a wide range of leadership roles in different business units, Isabelle has held different roles in different therapeutic areas (Director melanoma/lung cancer portfolio, cardiovascular, women’s health, data analytics), finance (Director Business Development & Licensing, Trade & Customer Relations) and strategic operations (president’s office).
In her current role, she is leading the Healthcare system partnerships as part of the Value Access team in Quebec. Isabelle brought innovative ways to partner with key centers on genetic mutations testing, drafted very successful strategies for different brands, led significant transactions (divestments/acquisition) in Canada and built different ways to reach patients through digital platforms.
Isabelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce in HEC and a Master Degree (MBA) in Management. Isabelle’s professional interests lie in innovation, agile leadership, and customer experience through access to intelligent data.
